The Monthly Edit - January 2025
Naturally January tends to be the time of year when we look back & reflect on what has happened & look forward to what is to come.
For me this past year has been one of profound change. Supporting & finally losing my Mum to a brain tumour has shaped my year in ways I could never have anticipated. My priority has been to honour her & support my family during this time & in doing so, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how precious & fragile life is.
As I look back, I am filled with gratitude for the lessons this experience has taught me about resilience, love & purpose. These moments of reflection have only strengthened my belief in the importance of living a life aligned with what truly matters.
Now, as I turn toward the future, I carry these lessons with me. I am ready to embrace my own next chapter whilst helping others do the same. My work centres on inspiring and empowering people to rediscover their purpose & joy, no matter what life has brought their way.
I see 2025 as a year of renewal, so let’s embrace a mindset that focuses not on fleeting resolutions but on meaningful, intentional growth. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges & create a future full of possibility.
MINDSET: Mini-Challenge
Kickstart your year with a simple yet powerful 7-day challenge designed to bring clarity and mindfulness into your daily routine.
Each day, focus on a single habit:
Day 1: Write down one thing you’re grateful for.
Day 2: Take a mindful walk for 10 minutes.
Day 3: Set a positive intention for the day.
Day 4: Reflect on one moment that brought you joy recently.
Day 5: Declutter a small space to create mental clarity.
Day 6: Spend 5 minutes breathing deeply or meditating.

Experience a day of creative health and self-discovery. Combine the therapeutic art of pottery with the transformative power of coaching. Start your day with a group coaching session to refocus on what is most important to you & uncover what brings you joy, followed by an afternoon of relaxing pottery crafting your own ceramic pot, you will also have a 1:1 coaching session to check in after the workshop.

If you are looking for something purely creative I am running two further workshops in the relaxing setting of Lamorna Barn, a new creative space over looking the beautiful Mendip Hills in Somerset.
Coil Pots - 6th February 2025: learn the technique of coil building to create a vase. You will be able to create your own vase design.
Sgraffito - 26th February 2025: learn the art of Sgraffito (Italian "to scratch") a decorative technique where a contrasting colour is applied over the top of a leather hard, unfired pot or plate and then etched into to reveal the colour of the clay beneath.
