Experience a day of creative health and self-discovery. Combine the therapeutic art of pottery with the transformative power of coaching. Start your day with a group coaching session to refocus on what is most important to you & uncover what brings you joy, followed by an afternoon of relaxing pottery crafting your own ceramic pot, you will also have a one-to-one coaching session to check in after the workshop.
